Our work with Isabel

A Brief Overview:

Isabel is a restaurant in Mayfair. Like a lot of restaurants and establishments in central London, space is a premium and when waste gets out of control, it affects their working envinroment and efficiencies.

Key Challenges:

No purpose build bin room - only small spaces available off the kitchen area in the basement.
Waste must be carried from downstairs to upstairs (no lift).
No back area for waste to be collected so it must be in the morning from the front of the restaurant.

Solution:

We installed a Glassbusters, compactor in the 2 small areas off the kitchen and food waste bin placed around the kitchen prep area for the chef's convenience.. Small bins were also provided to carry glass waste up to the street level more easily.

Only 1 collection per day needed (in the morning)
